This policy explains how Vanessa (“we”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use https://fizruk.ai.
What Vanessa does
Vanessa is an AI coaching app. It reads workouts and recovery from a connected Garmin or Fitbit account, shows them in your workspace, and uses them so the coach can help you reach a training goal.
Account data
When you register we store your email, password hash, chosen language, and optional phone number for Telegram notifications.
Garmin data
If you connect Garmin, we store Garmin login tokens and sync workouts and daily recovery metrics so they appear in Vanessa.
Google Fitbit / Google Health data
If you connect Fitbit through Google, Vanessa requests read-only Google Health scopes for activity and fitness, sleep, and health metrics and measurements. We store OAuth tokens and sync workouts, sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate into your Vanessa workspace.
We use this Google Health data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you see in Vanessa: workout history, recovery metrics, and personalized AI coaching. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train unrelated models.
AI coaching
To generate coaching replies we send relevant workout and recovery summaries to an AI provider (Cloud.ru). We send only what is needed for the reply. The provider processes that content to return a coaching message.
Notifications
If you verify a phone number, we may send training reminders through Telegram via ChatPush. That uses the phone number and chat id you connected.
Retention
We keep account, token, workout, and recovery records while your account is active so the coach and workspace stay up to date.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google access in your Google Account permissions. You can ask us to delete your Vanessa account and stored wearable data by emailing the developer contact listed on the Google OAuth consent screen for Vanessa.
